Recruiter in ATK / Agrarna tehnologichna kompaniya

We are currently looking for an active and effective Recruiter who will be the "face" of our holding for future employees.

What you will do:

• Full cycle search: from the creation of a job profile to the candidate entering the job.
• Screening and interviewing: conducting initial telephone interviews and in-depth interviews (hard & soft skills).
• Working with different levels: selection of both office staff and narrow-profile specialists for agricultural sector.
• Adaptation: support of newcomers during the trial period, so that their entry into the company is as comfortable and productive as possible.
• HR-brand: participation in the formation of a positive image of ATK on the labor market.

We expect from you:

• Experience in recruiting (experience in agricultural or manufacturing companies will be an advantage);
• Ability to "read" people and find an approach to them;
• High level of self-organization (working with our companies requires clarity and focus);
• Competent language and business communication skills.
