What will be required to do:

• Conduct active search, analysis and selection of qualified candidates

• Advise customers on personnel needs and form recruitment strategies

• Completely manage the recruiting process: from briefing to offer

• Conduct interview, evaluate the professional and soft skills of candidates

• Conduct negotiations and accompany candidates to work

• Ensure a high level of service for clients and candidates

• Prepare reports and analytics on vacancies

It is important for us:

• Experience in the field of recruiting from 1-2 years

• Confident communication skills and ability to negotiate

• English language - above average level (Intermediate+)

• Developed organizational and analytical skills

• Independence, responsibility and result orientation
