Our requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education.

• Experience in recruitment.

• Knowledge of the 1C 8 ZUP program will be an advantage.

• Orientation in personnel legislation of Ukraine.

Your main functional duties:

• Recruitment. Organization and implementation of a full cycle of personnel selection for the company. Ensuring the optimal selection of personnel that meets the corporate requirements of the LEMTRANS Group of Companies.

• Management of personnel records (recruitment, transfer, dismissal, vacations, sick leave). (30 people).

• Keeping a time sheet.

• Development of job instructions for newly created positions.
