Purpose of the position

Providing the company with quality candidates at all levels of positions - from line to top management - through effective, systematic and timely recruiting in accordance with business needs.

Main responsibilities

• Full cycle of recruiting: from application acceptance to candidate's departure for work

• Conducting primary and in-depth interviews

• Evaluation of candidates' professional, managerial and leadership competencies

• Supporting candidates forstages of selection

• Interaction with department heads and top management

• Maintenance of candidate database and recruiting reporting

• Working with ATS, executive search tools, direct search

• Closing line and managerial vacancies (currently in the works ~10 positions, of which 7 - top)

Key performance indicators (KPI)

• Number and timeliness of closing vacancies

• Quality of hiring (passing the trial period, feedback from managers)

• Cost per Hire

• Experience as a recruiter from 3 years

• Experience in recruiting agencies is preferred

• Proven cases of closing top management positions positions

• It is desirable to have your own database of candidates / professional contacts

• Higher education

Professional skills:

• Confident PC user (MS Office / Google Workspace)

Working conditions

• Format: office, Kyiv

• Schedule: Mon-Fri

• Paid sick leave and holidays

Salary:

• Fix:from 40 UAH 000 + % for closing vacancies

• Review of the payment level - once a year (inflation + personal results)
