The company VATAGA DRONE was founded in 2022 in Ukraine. We specialize in the development and mass production of FPV drones, initiation boards and ground control stations.
The main activity of the company is focused on the creation of effective solutions for the front - from engineering design and testing to well-established mass production.
We combine innovative technologies, practical experience and high quality standards to ensure the reliability of each product in combat conditions.
tasks:
Finding and attracting new customers (calls, meetings, online channels, recommendations, exhibitions, etc.).
Conducting presentations of the company and products/services for potential customers, with trips to the deployment locations of the Armed Forces (if needed).
Management negotiations, preparation of commercial offers and coordination of cooperation terms.
Preparation and support of contract signing (in agreement with management).
Implementation of sales plans and achievement of established KPIs.
Support of the client at all stages of the agreement: from the first contact to the shipment of products/providing services and closing agreements.
Maintaining the customer base in CRM (or other tools) and updating data on customers and agreements.
Providing after-sales support: collecting feedback, solving problem situations, maintaining customer loyalty.
Analyzing the market and competitors, identifying customer needs and initiating proposals for improvement product/processes.
Participation in planning and implementation of marketing activities and events.
Preparation of regular reports for management on sales, customer base and work results.
Essential for the role:
An active network of contacts in the military environment and the ability to quickly find the right people will be an advantage
Convincing communication and confident presentations skills.
Discipline, responsibility and initiative in work.
Willingness to go on business trips.
