We are NETRONIC - looking for a Recruiter!

We are a Ukrainian group of companies with 20 years of experience in creating laser tag and VR equipment for entertainment centers. Our brands - Lasertag.net, Galaxy, Vion VR, Air Bunker - are used in more than 2000 projects around the world.

We are currently looking for a Recruiter to help us attract strong professionals and scale team.

 This vacancy is for you if:

• You have 2 years of recruiting experience and an understanding of the full hiring cycle

• You are able to see the business request behind the vacancy and work for the result, not "process for the sake of the process"

• I have closed both IT and non-IT positions of various level of complexity

• You don't wait for feedback, but actively go on a direct search and apply headhunting

• You easily navigate your priorities and make decisions based on facts and analytics

• You feel confident on LinkedIn and other professional search channels

• You work with HRM systems and keep recruiting in numbers 

The focus of your role:

• Building a strategy for closing vacancies and choosing effective search channels

• Independent management of vacancies at different levels — from specialists to managers

• Conducting initial interviews and coordinating the next stages of selection

• Supporting the candidate from the first contact before joining the team

• Forming a personnel reserve and maintaining long-term contacts with talents

• Analyzing the effectiveness of attraction channels and improving recruitment processes

• Preparing reports and maintaining an up-to-date candidate base
