Recruiter in Load N Go

LNG Holding is a fast-growing logistics company focused on building strong, efficient teams. We value structure, transparency, and people who want to grow together with the company. We’re looking for a Recruiter who is organized, proactive, and genuinely interested in working with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting for internal positions only (dispatchers, assistants, managers, office, etc.)
• Active sourcing and talent search (LinkedIn, job platforms, internal databases)
• Resume screening and structured interviews
• Close collaboration with hiring managers and HR
• Candidate communication and process coordination from first contact to offer
• Maintaining candidate pipelines and recruitment reports
• Supporting onboarding and initial orientation for new hires
• Assist the HR team with administrative and coordination tasks
• Participate in employee check-ins and inspections to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting
• Understanding of recruitment processes and hiring funnels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work with deadlines, priorities, and hiring targets
• English level B2+ or higher
