About the role
We are looking for a Sourcer who will:
- be looking for "our" candidates on LinkedIn, Telegram, on job platforms and other channels
- communicate with candidates: write first messages, answer questions, maintain contact
- build a database of relevant profiles for technical and digital roles
- coordinate interviews: agree on time, remind participants, collect feedback
- gradually get involved in the entire recruiting process together with Head of People.
This is a role for those who want to systematically move into full-cycle recruiting, looking to work with technical vacancies and become part of systemic hiring in a product company.
You will work directly with the Head of People, gradually becoming involved in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on sourcing, quality communication with candidates and building strong pipelines.
In this role, you will:
- Search for candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social networks etc.)
- Process incoming applications and maintain the relevance of the candidate database in the ATS
- Establish the first contact with candidates (outreach, follow-ups; we will develop scripts together as needed)
- Form and maintain pipelines for 3-5 open vacancies at the same time
- Publish and accompany vacancies on job boards, etc.
- Coordinate interviews and feedback collection
- Provide candidates with timely and professional feedback
- Participate in profile screening and candidate validation
- Build long-term talent pools and maintain relationships with candidates
- You will test new channels, tools and sourcing techniques
What will help you be successful in this role:
- Practical experience in sourcing/IT recruitment from 1 year
- Understanding sourcing methods and tools
- Ability to analyze candidate profiles and work with passive candidates
- High motivation to develop in recruiting and talent sourcing
- FluentI'm in Ukrainian; English- Upper-Intermediate
- Results oriented with attention to quality
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly
- Willingness to learn and constantly improve
