Manufacturing technology company that is in the stage of active scaling is looking for a recruiter who will be responsible for timely and high-quality recruitment for production, engineering, administrative and IT areas.
We are actively expanding teams and building a systematic recruiting process, so we are looking for a specialist who can effectively work with diverse vacancies in a fast-paced development company.
Responsibilities
Full cycle of personnel selection for production, technical, engineering, administrative and IT positions.
Close cooperation with department heads on personnel needs planning.
Formation of job profiles and approval of candidate requirements.
Active search for candidates through job-portals, LinkedIn, recommendations, local communities and other channels.
Conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidates’ compliance with the role requirements.
Organizing interviews with hiring managers and accompanying candidates to the offer stage.
Coordinating candidates’ exit to work together with the HR team.
Managing the candidate database, vacancies and recruitment statuses.
Participation in closing urgent and mass vacancies as needed.
Adherence to internal processes and confidentiality standards.

Experience in closing diverse vacancies.
Understanding of modern candidate search tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
Results oriented, ability to work with deadlines and multiple vacancies simultaneously.
