Manufacturing technology company that is in the stage of active scaling is looking for a recruiter who will be responsible for timely and high-quality recruitment for production, engineering, administrative and IT areas.

We are actively expanding teams and building a systematic recruiting process, so we are looking for a specialist who can effectively work with diverse vacancies in a fast-paced development company.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle of personnel selection for production, technical, engineering, administrative and IT positions.

• Close cooperation with department heads on personnel needs planning.

• Formation of job profiles and approval of candidate requirements.

• Active search for candidates through job-portals, LinkedIn, recommendations, local communities and other channels.

• Conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidates’ compliance with the role requirements.

• Organizing interviews with hiring managers and accompanying candidates to the offer stage.

• Coordinating candidates’ exit to work together with the HR team.

• Managing the candidate database, vacancies and recruitment statuses.

• Participation in closing urgent and mass vacancies as needed.

• Adherence to internal processes and confidentiality standards.
