ISEI is a chain of care cosmetics stores that is actively developing and unites people in love with the beauty industry.

Now we are looking forRecruiter, who will help us find strong people in the team, create a positive experience for candidates and participate in the development of the company's HR processes.

What will be included in your tasks

• Search and recruitment (publication of vacancies, active search candidates)

• Conducting initial interviews and selecting candidates

• Organizing interviews with department heads

• Supporting candidates at all stages of recruiting

• Participating in the adaptation of new employees

• Communicating with candidates and forming a positive HR brand companies

• Conducting recruitment analytics and reporting

• Interaction with recruitment managers

• Participation in HR projects and office processes

We expect from the candidate

• Recruiting experience from 1 year

• Experience in retail or beauty industry will be an advantage

• Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates

• Analytical skills and information structuring

• Experience working with different candidate search channels

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with different people

• Ability to work with deadlines and several vacancies at the same time
