We invite to the team a of business processes (Business analytics).

Maintasks:

• Planning and coordination of business process optimization projects.
• Collection of information by conducting interviews with key employees.
• Documentation of business processes including all stages, roles, tools and systems used.
• Verification of described processes with responsible employees.
• Determining processes that need automation and their automation.
• Selection of software for automating business processes, evaluation of solutions, testing and implementation.
• Administration, support and development of the selected automation system (configuration, updating, user support).
• Participation in the development of documentation, templates, instructions and methods of working with business processes.
• Training for employees on new approaches and tools.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of economics, management or business analytics.
• Work experience of 2 years in the field of business analysis, management business processes or the implementation of automation systems.
• Proficiency in several process modeling methods.
• Experience with process modeling tools.
• Practical experience in process modeling, development of regulatory documentation, automation, employee training.
