- Experience in recruiting from 1-2 years (the corporate sector will be an advantage).
- Possessing modern interviewing and competency assessment methods.
- Experience working with ATS.
- Active search skills, including Boolean search.
- High level of communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and multitask.
- Result orientation, proactivity and desire to influence the quality of hiring.
Your main tasks will be:
- Managing the full recruiting cycle — from receiving a need to the candidate leaving for work.
- Conducting briefings with Hiring Managers and forming profiles vacancies.
- Active search for candidates in various channels: LinkedIn, job?portals, recommendations, Boolean?queries.
- Conducting interviews, evaluating competencies and preparing quality feedback.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience at all stages of interaction.
- Maintaining the candidate database in ATS and preparing regular analytics.
- Participation in HR?projects aimed at improving recruitment and adaptation processes.
