• Experience in recruiting from 1-2 years (the corporate sector will be an advantage).
• Possessing modern interviewing and competency assessment methods.
• Experience working with ATS.
• Active search skills, including Boolean search.
• High level of communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and multitask.
• Result orientation, proactivity and desire to influence the quality of hiring.

Your main tasks will be:

• Managing the full recruiting cycle — from receiving a need to the candidate leaving for work.
• Conducting briefings with Hiring Managers and forming profiles vacancies.
• Active search for candidates in various channels: LinkedIn, job?portals, recommendations, Boolean?queries.
• Conducting interviews, evaluating competencies and preparing quality feedback.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience at all stages of interaction.
• Maintaining the candidate database in ATS and preparing regular analytics.
• Participation in HR?projects aimed at improving recruitment and adaptation processes.
