• Experience in recruiting from 1 year, understanding of full cycle processes;
• Ability to work with different types of vacancies;
• Empathy, organization, sociability.
• Ability to independently manage vacancies and bring the process to a result.

• A complete cycle of recruiting for vacancies of various profiles;
• Collection of needs and communication with managers, creation of vacancies;
• Sourcing candidates and conducting initial interviews;
• Maintaining several vacancies at the same time and effective communication with candidates;
• Labor market monitoring and participation in HR processes.
