The company DUNA invites a recruiter to its team in the personnel department.

Who we are looking for:

• a specialist with experience in recruiting (managers, administrative workers, salespeople, line personnel, etc.);
• a specialist who knows various candidate search tools (job sites, social networks, messengers, alternative channels);
• a detail-oriented recruiter with the ability to conduct structured and effective interviews;
• a person with developed communication skills and the ability to find a common language with different people;
• a responsible and proactive person who is interested in growing professionally together with the team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• perform the full cycle of candidate selection for open vacancies;
• conduct telephone interviews, interviews and initial assessment of candidates;
• accompany candidates at all stages of recruitment: from initial contact to adaptation;
• maintain effective communication with heads of departments, divisions and employees of the HR department;
• participate in the improvement of recruiting processes and HR projects.

Main requirements:

• experience as a recruiter / HR specialist from 1 year;
• higher education (preferably psychology, personnel management or management);
• experience in personnel selection, in particular in the field of retail trade or mass selection;
• ability to independently organize the selection process from the manager’s application to the candidate's work experience;
• competent oral and written Ukrainian language;
• confident command of a PC (MS Office, Google services);
• understanding of the basic logic of the recruiting funnel;
• high level of self-organization and result orientation.
