The "Blyzenko" store chain is a dynamic company that is rapidly developing in the food retail market. We invite to our team an experienced Recruiter who is ready to develop with us and contribute to the achievement of ambitious business goals.

Requirements:

• hands-on experience in mass recruitment;
• robot efficiency and effectiveness;
• ability to work in multitasking mode.

Basic tasks:

• posting information on vacancies in candidate search sources;
• conducting interviews with candidates and closing vacancies in a timely manner;
• salary monitoring and market analysis labor;
• organization of adaptation of new employees;
• receiving and analyzing feedback from employees on working conditions and job satisfaction;
• reporting on work results.

Work outside the city limits, in the village of Murovane (there is a ride to work, schedule from Mon-Fri from 07:00 to 16:00)
