The production process is provided by five departments: SMT assembly, assembly, semi-finished product, testing and finished product. And also the experimental and technological department and the quality control department. Modern SMT and conveyor lines are installed at the production facility, key processes are automated and capacity is constantly being increased.

In connection with the active development of the company, we are looking for a Recruiter for our production.

In our team you will be responsible for:

• Search and selection of candidates for the production team (mass selection);
• Organization of the full cycle of personnel selection (resume screening, telephone interviews, interviews, sending job offers, accompanying the candidate during registration);
• Performance of qualitative and quantitative indicators;
• Qualitative withdrawal of the application for candidate search;
• Work with internal customers;
• Providing feedback at all stages of the interview;
• Reporting in SRM;

It is important for us:

• Experience in closing vacancies (mass recruitment) from the 1st year;
• Knowledge of the main channels for searching for specialists;
• Orientation on the result, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace, proactivity;
• Developed communication skills, negotiation skills and working with objections;
