Recruiter in EvoPlay

One of the largest product companies in Ukraine, which creates an ecosystem of projects that offer progressive and comprehensive solutions for the online gaming industry.
We are currently looking for a Recruiter to strengthen the team. Welcome =)

What you need to do:

• participation in the full cycle of closing vacancies from the description of the candidate's portrait to his first working day
• communication with business customers, understanding the needs and transforming expectations into candidates for interview
• maintenance of the internal database of candidates, its systematic replenishment. We are systematic and expect the same from you
• initial evaluation of resumes, conducting online/offline interviews. With us, the recruiter performs the role of the main conductor at the concert, so we expect a professional approach, knowledge, methods and cool interview practices
• to learn recruiting and share knowledge with the team :p

What is needed for this:

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting
• good theoretical knowledge of the recruitment process and various interview techniques
• understanding of the most popular modern sources of candidate search
• love and know how to modern sourcing
• strong communication skills, ability to negotiate and work with objections
