Internship recruiter in Bigunov A.K., FOP

We are looking for a recruiter HERE and NOW, who wants to work with people, develop in HR and receive a stable income from the first week.

Working conditions:
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00-17:00
• Salary - weekly (fixed rate + percentage of the result)
• Training from scratch - experience is not required
• Paid internship
• Comfortable office
• Lunches at the expense of the company
• Friendly team and pleasant working atmosphere

Responsibilities:
• Search and selection of candidates for open vacancies
• Conducting initial interviews (online / offline)
• Communication with candidates at all stages recruitment
• Work with the candidate database
• Interaction with the manager regarding current vacancies
• Keeping simple reports

Requirements for the candidate:
• Sociability and openness to communication
• Ability to find a common language with different people
• Willingness to learn and develop in the field of HR
• Responsibility and organization
• Confident use of a smartphone / PC
• Experience in recruiting will be a plus, but not mandatory
