Recruiter in Empat

OKWINE is one of the largest chains of wine shops in Ukraine, which is developing and strengthening its team. We are looking for a recruiter who will be a key pillar in the formation of a strong HR direction and will help us scale the team quickly, efficiently and with pleasure.

Your main responsibilities:

• Recruitment of personnel for a retail network in established regions.
• Closing vacancies for line personnel: sales consultants, sommeliers.
• Active search for candidates (job sites, social networks, local channels, other sources).
• Conducting telephone and online interviews.
• Interaction with heads of regions regarding personnel needs.
• Supporting candidates from the first contact during the adaptation period.
• Conducting 1:1 online meetings with employees, conducting questionnaires.
• Preparing reports on closing vacancies.
• Participation in other HR processes of the company.

What we expect from you:

• Recruiter experience (will be a plus - in retail trade, mass recruitment).
• Ability to work with various sources of search.
• Systematic, responsible, communicative.
