The construction company invites an open, responsible and proactive RECRUITER to its team!

We are looking for a person who:

• is interested in the field of recruiting and wants to grow in it;
• knows how to find an approach to people, easily communicates and organizes his work;
• will be responsible, attentive and positive (because that's what we are)!

Experience from 1 year - preferred but not required. We are ready to train and support at every stage!

Main responsibilities:

• search and recruitment of personnel for various positions: from workers to administrative and managerial positions;
• active placement of vacancies and use of various search channels of candidates;
• conducting initial telephone interviews and preliminary assessment of candidates;
• coordinating meetings with managers and communicating with executives;
• gathering recommendations, accompanying candidates to work;
• maintaining a database of candidates, reports and statistics.
