Recruiter in Join.To.IT

We are looking for a recruiter who knows how to work with the full recruitment cycle, thinks systematically and wants to influence the development of the company through people. Your responsibilities

• Full support of candidates at all stages of recruiting: from the first contact to accepting an offer and going to work
• Active search and recruitment: posting vacancies, processing reviews, sourcing and working with cold contacts
• Attracting candidates through various traditional and modern channels
• Analysis of the effectiveness of recruiting processes and recruitment channels
• Implementation of new tools and approaches to increase the quality and speed of recruitment

Professional requirements

• 2 years of experience in recruiting agencies
• Confident use of CRM and ATS systems, Google Workspace, recruiting tools
• Developed analytical thinking and strong communication skills skills
• Orientation on the result and understanding of the business value of recruiting
