You — our teamplayer, if:
- You speak Ukrainian confidently and write grammatically correctly;
- You know PC at the level of a confident user.
- You know how to work with large amounts of information and are ready to learn;
- Willing to work in a shift format: 2 day shifts from 7:00 -7:00 p.m., 2 weekends, 2 night shifts 7:00 p.m. 2 weekends.

- Reception, monitoring and processing of requests in chats (up to 7 at the same time), calls and mail in compliance with established quality standards and response time.
- Transferring requests to resolve technical and financial difficulties of users to other departments, as well as duplicating requests into relevant specialized documents.
- Notifying individual players of current resolutions when necessary.
- Responding to messages in accordance with corporate policies.
- Read news, updates and internal messages from the team.
