What need to do?

• Carry out a full cycle of searching for candidates for the positions of sales managers.
• Work with job sites, LinkedIn, social networks and an internal database of candidates.
• Conduct resume screening and phone interviews, assessing motivation and soft skills.
• Organize candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database in ATS, supporting it relevance.
• Provide feedback to candidates, forming a positive employer brand.
• Organizeonboarding of new employees and support during the probationary period.

• Communicability: You like to communicate with people and are not afraid to make "cold" callsor write first.
• Perseverance: You understand that a candidate's "no" is just part of the job, and you don't stop on the way to the result.
• Willingness to learn: You want to develop in the HR field and quickly grab new information.
