Recruiter in Ksisters

Ksisters is an international company in the field of e-commerce and retail, actively developing the K-beauty direction in Europe, invites a Recruiter who will help us scale the team in Ukraine and Europe.

About the role

Recruiter is a key business partner in attracting talent. This is a role for a person who knows how to quickly close vacancies, build effective communication with hiring managers and work in a dynamic environment.

Functional:

• active search for candidates through job portals, social networks, referral programs and agencies;

• conducting primary interviews and screening of candidates;

• support of the candidate at all stages - from the first contact to starting work;

• formation and support of the personnel reserve;

• close interaction with hiring managers;

• recruiting analytics (time-to-hire, funnel, channel efficiency);

• preparation and updating of job descriptions;

• participation in the optimization of recruiting processes.

What is important to us:

• 2+ years of experience in the position of Recruiter / Sourcer / HR Manager;

• recruiting experience (retail / warehouse / operations) - a must;

• knowledge of the Ukrainian labor market, experience working with international locations - will be an advantage;

• English at the B1+ level;

• confident use of job portals, ATS/CRM or accounting tables candidates;

• strong communication skills and result orientation.
