BERTA group is one of the largest full-cycle distribution companies in the FMCG market of Ukraine, which has its own logistics, retail and import. For more than 30 years, we have been supplying about 300 brands of international and national manufacturers in 10 regions of Western and Central Ukraine. We continue to support the economy of Ukraine and invite a recruiter to the team.

Responsibilities:

• selection of candidates for various positions (job sites, databases, social networks)
• conducting face-to-face interviews
• conducting the full cycle of recruiting (from obtaining a vacancy to adapting a new employee)
• placement of vacancies on platforms
• cooperation with managers to understand needs

Requirements:

• desire to learn and develop
• experience in logistics and recruiting will be an advantage
• excellent communication and organizational skills
