• Organize the hiring process: from the first contact to successful adaptation.

• Conduct interviews that really reveal people (competencies, cases, live dialogue).

• Form and maintain a candidate base.

• Close vacancies on time and with quality.

• Accompany newcomers and help them become part of the team.

• Keep your finger on the pulse of the labor market and salaries.

• Be a part of corporate, training and development projects.

Our candidate:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in recruiting.

• Understands or has worked with the competency model.

• Knows various interview formats and sees more than what is written in the resume.

• Able to quickly and efficiently close vacancies at various levels.

• Loves people, structure and result.
