Video editor / Editing director in Video Factory PRO

Video Factory is a production company specializing in creating dynamic videos for brands and YouTube channels. We are looking for an editing director who does not just cut, but understands rhythm, storytelling and knows how to assemble frames into a video that is watched to the end and does not switch over.

Responsibilities:

• Editing videos for social networks (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels)

• Editing YouTube videos for experts (conversational videos with credits, inserts, B-roll)

Premiere Pro 

• Sense of rhythm, clip editing, pace

• Attention to detail, ability to synchronize credits

• Ability to search for B-roll, music, footage

• Self-organization, quick feedback

• Willingness to learn and develop

• Knowledge After Effects will be an advantage

• Experience with AI tools (Descript, Heygen, Runway, ElevenLabs) will be a plus.
