Our mission is to provide modern military forces with advanced, effective and safe technologies that allow the best use of the potential of modern combat assets.

We are in the phase of active expansion and scaling of production to meet the growing demand for our technological solutions. We are looking for an effective Recruiter who is tired of the same type of tasks and wants to be involved in an interesting project that brings victory closer.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years.
• Knowledge of modern recruitment methods and tools.
• Communication, stress resistance and the ability to work in a team.
• Experience in closing vacancies of varying complexity.
• Experience in any CRM for recruiting.

Responsibilities:

• Search, initial selection and evaluation of candidates for various positions in the company (production personnel, engineers, developers (IT).
• Conducting telephone interviews and evaluation of candidates according to job requirements.
• Supporting the HR process in the company: maintaining a candidate database, administration of vacancies, etc.
• Participation in employee onboarding

Working conditions:

• Official employment, official salary depends on experience and skills, discussed individually.
• Work schedule from 09:30 to 18:00 from Mon to Fri, possibility of a hybrid work schedule.
• The office is located near the Akademmistechko metro station.
