Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and active candidate search for different positions.

2. Managing the full cycle of recruiting: development of a search strategy, conducting interviews, accompanying the candidate to the offer.

3. Cooperation with hiring and HR managers so that new employees are comfortably integrated into the team.

4. Organization and standardization of processes: creating job templates, candidate evaluation forms, hiring automation.

5. Conducting recruiting activities on LinkedIn: job promotion, communication with candidates, employer brand support.

6. Search and cooperation with external partners: recruitment agencies and freelancers to strengthen the hiring process.

7. Analytics and reporting: creating performance metrics, analyzing the recruitment funnel and compensation market.

8. Learning and Development: tracking new tools, technologies and trends in recruiting.
