Your main tasks:

  • Full cycle of recruiting: from the formation of job profiles to the successful onboarding of new employees.
  • Management of 3-5 active vacancies at the same time (sales, installation, service, etc.).
  • Development of a system of adaptation, evaluation and retention of employees.
  • Creation of job descriptions, scripts interviews, test tasks, questionnaires.
  • Work with various search channels (including technical specialists and labor positions - service engineers, designers, installers, electricians);
  • Labor market monitoring;
  • Planning and conducting interviews;
  • Interaction with department heads during the search process personnel;
  • Administration of the process of passing probationary periods;
  • Maintenance of the internal database of candidates, formation of the personnel reserve, filling out monthly reports;
