Important:

• Experience as a recruiter, personnel manager;
• Skills in conducting interviews and verbal, non-verbal assessment;
• Ability to negotiate;
• Developed emotional intelligence and an in-depth approach to evaluating candidates;
• Orientation on the result, team interaction and skills in non-standard problem solving.

We expect:

• Interaction with internal customers in the process of personnel search and adaptation;
• Formation of the profile of the candidate's competencies according to the application;
• Definition of the recruitment strategy;
• Announcement of vacancies according to the defined strategy;
• Conduct interview using various evaluation methods;
• Building networking with candidates; 
• Assistance of candidates at all stages of the interview;
• Analysis of the hiring and adaptation process, reporting;
• Assistance of the onboarding and adaptation process of new employees;
• 1:1 meetings with employees.
