Business analyst | passive banking operations in CS

CS is a product and service IT company looking for a Business Analyst.

This role is a link between the business and development teams, responsible for translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions. The analyst will provide software specifications and technical tasks for new product features, as well as support them at all stages of the software life cycle.

The main area of ​​work is passive banking operations. Conducting cash transactions, lease agreements for bank safes, settlement and cash service, maintenance of deposits, current and card accounts of customers.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of specifications and technical tasks
• Conducting analytics at the implementation stage of projects
• Applying usability and design principles to create user interfaces that improve the end user experience
• Collaborating with development teams, implementation consultants and project managers

Skills and experience:

• Experience in analyzing business requirements and creating technical tasks
• Experience in installing, configuring and supporting systems
• Practical experience in implementing software products
• Experience in the banking sector of Ukraine
• Knowledge and experience in working with regulatory documents
• Professional economic education
