We are looking for a staff selection specialist (recruiter of gas station) to work in our office in Kiev. The gas station

Basic responsibilities:

• Vacation with gas station heads;
• Advise of the gas station heads to improve candidate search practices, their rapid and efficient job references; specialized and open sources of information;
• publication of vacancies in relevant media; 
• Telephone and online interviews with candidates;
• Provide feedback to candidates;
• Support of candidates during all stages of the qualifying competition; Experience:
  • Higher education;
  • Fluent possession of the PC and Organization;
  • Recruiting experience - from 2 years old;
  • the experience of mass selection stage;
  • Knowledge of modern methods and tools of personnel search;
  • Outcome;
  • Effective communication skills;
