  Video Rebellies for a more detailed assessment of the professional and personal qualities of candidates. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

  Prompt informing candidates about the status of their passage and compliance with the vacancy, providing positive experience.

• Formation of Offer and Cooperation Cooperation with a Candidate to provide the most favorable conditions for both parties. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

  Systematization of Data and Reporting for Establishment Effectiveness of Each Channel of Involvement and Process as a whole. >

  • 1 year of relevant experience in the field of HR management.

  • Understanding the processes of recruiting, selection and evaluation of candidates. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

    Knowledge of the main platforms for the search for candidates (LinkedIn, Job sites, social networks). FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None ">

    Basic level of English for working with international candidates (will be an advantage).
