Basic responsibilities:

• To search for effective sources of attracting talents
• Provide talents and maintain company development
• Make Full Cycle of Recruitment Process to close vacancies
• Organize measures accompanying the internal rotation of staff
• Make reports of the department on projects and processes
• Advise company heads on staff selection issues
• To participate in the development of other projects
Requirements:

• You have from 3 years of experience in recruiting
• You know English on level upper intermediate and above
• You have experience with international markets
• You have tools and channels of candidate search
• You have the experience of using candidate assessment methods
in your practice
• Creative and have Digital Mindset
• You have good communicative skills, competent written and oral language
• You have an active life position
• You are focused on the result and constant self -development
• Proactive, flexible, fast learning, initiative and ready to bring new ideas
