We are looking for a Recruiter's main goal is the effective management of the Company's human capital. This includes the recruitment, selection, adaptation and development of personnel to achieve the strategic goals of the organization. The HR manager helps create a positive corporate culture, increase employee motivation, resolve conflicts, and maintain a high level of productivity

Responsibilities:?

• search, selection and adaptation of candidates for open vacancies
• conducting interviews and evaluating potential employees
• writing and developing Company processes and standards
• providing feedback to employees
• organizing corporate measures aimed at raising the level of involvement
• working with conflicts and supporting work ethics

From you we expect:

• higher education
• work experience in a similar field position (will be an advantage)
• competent oral and written Ukrainian speech
• high level of PC, office equipment
• experience in recruitment, adaptation of personnel, conducting one-to-one, providing feedback, organizational skills will be an advantage
• communication, time management, emotional intelligence, ability to argue one's point of view, diplomacy, leadership qualities, creativity, attention to details
