People Partner (HR Business Partner) in Treeum

Treeum company is looking for a People Partner (HR Business Partner) to join the team.

Tasks:

Cooperation with managers and teams:

• Consulting managers on team management issues.
• Analyzing business needs and developing HR solutions to meet them.

Supporting the employee life cycle:

• Participation in the processes of adaptation, development, performance management and retention personnel.
• Organization and analysis of surveys.

Development of culture and values:

• Help in strengthening corporate culture.
• Conducting presentations of HR projects, 1:1, etc.
• Implementation of initiatives to increase employee engagement

Analysis and reporting:

• Conducting HR analytics and creating reports for management.
• Identifying risks and proposals for their minimization.
< p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Expectations:

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a similar position in HR.
• Work experience in medium or large IT companies.
• Practical knowledge in the fields adaptation, development, retention and recruitment of personnel.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
• Ability to work with data, analytical approach to problem solving.
• Proactivity, initiative and focus on results.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes.

Knowledge:

• Understanding HR processes and their impact on business.
• Experience with HRM systems, modern data analysis tools, as well as AI tools for HR.
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
• English is not lower than Intermediate.
