Recruiter in Ovogene

We invite a Recruiter to the international company "Ovogene" at a location in Lviv (clinic location ARTCLINIC, 2b Haydamatska Street).

Main duties include:

• Processing of leads (phone conversations or correspondence, surveys, answering questions of potential donors);
• Conversion of a lead into a contract;

• Searching for potential donors in social networks and communicating with them (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, TikTok etc.);
• Participation in the filming of live broadcasts, stories on social networks, on the YouTube channel - communication with potential donors before the start of the program;
• Reporting.

You are our ideal candidate, if you have:

• 1+ years of experience in the field of Recruiting;
• Communication skills;
• Organization and the ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Flexibility and readiness to work in the conditions changes.
• Knowledge of English will be an advantage.
