Requirements:
- Work experience will be an advantage, but not mandatory
- Experienced PC user (MS Office Word, Excel)
- Resistance to stress, non-conflict, self-organization , communication and purposefulness, responsibility
- Desire to learn and develop in the field of HR
- Ability to teach concisely, competently and logically own thoughts
- Ability to work in a multitasking format
- Competent command (oral and written) of Ukrainian
- Ability to learn quickly, ability to learn experience
Responsibilities:
- Carry out personnel selection: formation of vacancy texts, search and selection of resumes, conducting telephone interviews
- Uninterrupted service of the company's HR working number (receiving incoming calls, advising candidates on current vacancies, informing about the address/time of interviews, etc.)
- Formation of tables of comparative characteristics between potential candidates
- Maintenance of a database (questionnaires of candidates)
- Formation of daily reports on the work performed
- Formation of the interview schedule, control over its observance
- Participation in the formation and implementation of employee adaptation programs
