Recruit/junior in Legarithm

Welcome to the Legarithm law firm! 

We provide legal support for online businesses in foreign jurisdictions such as the United States, Canada, Asia and European countries. We help clients at all stages of doing business: from company registration and choice of jurisdiction to tax planning, legal investment support and protection of intellectual property rights.

Over the past year, we have scaled our business and opened branches in Cyprus and the UAE! 
We are not planning to stop there, so we are opening a recruiter vacancy that will help us gather a team of professionals in Ukraine and beyond :) 

What tasks will be in the work:

• formation of job vacancies

• publication of vacancies on current resources

• search, analysis and selection

• conducting an initial interview with potential candidates

• supporting the candidate throughout the entire recruiting cycle (from the first contact to the offer)

• competitor search and analytics

• giving feedback to candidates

• maintenance of the CRM system

What vacancies are we closing: 

• lawyers of various levels (Ukraine, Cyprus, UAE)

• accountants (Ukraine, Cyprus, UAE)

• administrative staff , sales managers, etc. (Ukraine)

We are looking for candidates:

• high level of English (В2-С1)

• empathetic and human-centered approach to candidates

• literate communication

• interest in development 

• punctuality
