Good Marketing is an innovative marketing agency that helps brands reach new heights by creating unique strategies and creative solutions.  Due to the development of the company, we are looking for an ambitious and energetic Recruiter who will help us build a strong team of professionals and contribute to our growth.

< strong style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal">Responsibilities:

• Creation and promotion of job vacancies;
• Initial selection of candidates, conducting initial telephone interviews with candidates ratings;
• Transferring contacts of potential candidates for further work to department heads;
• Monitoring of the labor market, analysis of new trends in recruiting, proposal of new ideas for optimization of recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting would be an advantage, but not required;
• Ability to quickly find the necessary information and work with search tools;
• Communication skills;
• The desire to develop.

Conditions:

• Fixed rate 15 000 hryvnias + Bonus system;
