TK-Style sewing factory is a modern production complex specializing in women's and men's clothing. Namely, in the production of shoulder and waist products, outerwear and corporate clothing. Our factory is part of the "Textile-Contact" group of companies and has been operating since 2003.

We are looking for a responsible, organized and energetic person for the position of RECRUITER

Your duties will be:

• Mass search and selection of personnel for production needs;
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates for suitability requirements;
• Organization and control of the process of adaptation of new employees;
• Cooperation with the training center "School of Sewing Mastery" for the training of new personnel"
• Maintenance of a database of candidates and updating information about vacancies.

Our candidate has: 

• Experience in the field of recruiting from 1 year, preferably in mass selection personnel;
• Higher education in the field of personnel management or a related field;
• Owning modern methods of searching and evaluating candidates;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changes;
• Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine will be an advantage.
