Your role will be key in ensuring high quality recruitment for our clients.

Your main tasks will be:

• Closing external middle to senior vacancies.

• Interaction with customers to withdraw the application and form the profile of the candidate.

• Formation of an effective search strategy and withopening vacancies.

• Interaction with researchers for fast and high-quality search.

• Ensuring high quality hiring.

• Analysis of metrics recruiting and finding new channels of engagement candidates.

• Cooperation with the marketing department for the organization of advertising campaigns.

You are our man, if you have:

• 2 years of experience in recruiting.

• Experience working in agencies or closing various office positions in large companies is desirable.

• Experience in HRM systems and using AI to optimize the recruiting process will be an advantage.

• Experience closing executive and C-level positions.

• Ability to formulate a search strategy and qualitatively evaluate candidates.

• Using case interviews, structured interviews, competency-based interviews.

• Experience in Executive Search and Headhunting will be an advantage.
