We are looking for a recruiter with experience in hiring real estate professionals including Realtors, Brokers, Sales and Leasing Managers. Your task is to form a team of the best professionals who will take our company to a new level.

- Rate: from 18,000 to 24,000 UAH/month (depends on the implementation of the plan).

Your Responsibilities:
 
- Finding and hiring real estate agents, brokers, property sales and rental managers.
- Full cycle recruiting: from identifying needs to signing employment contracts.
- Use of modern tools and platforms to search for candidates.
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ compliance with company requirements.
- Cooperation with department heads to form teams.
- Maintaining the candidate database and updating information in the CRM system.
