Responsibilities:

• Search and timely selection of service personnel - cleaners. janitors, operators of floor cleaning machines in Kyiv, sometimes Kyiv region. 
• Cooperation with administrators and facility managers,
• Posting vacancies on Facebook, employment sites, warm calls on the candidate base, etc.
• Ability to identify the advantages of each vacancy and offer available vacancies in an accessible manner, taking into account the wishes of the candidate, his place of residence and qualifications
• Formation of personnel reserve;
• Control of compliance with corporate standards;
• Formation of necessary reporting.
