We are currently looking for an experienced IT Recruiter for full-time employment.
We expect:
- experience of working as an IT recruiter from 3 years (experience in a recruiting agency will be an advantage);
- experience in conducting the full cycle of recruiting (from the withdrawal of an application to the candidate's departure for a job);
- experience in conducting competency-based interviews;
- ability to work in conditions of multitasking, flexibility and the ability to learn quickly;
- excellent communication and presentation skills;
- systematic, critical thinking, result orientation;
- developed emotional intelligence and stress resistance;
- level of English language proficiency at level B2 and above.
Main duties:

development of partnership relations with hiring managers: withdrawal of application for personnel search; provision of consultations and expert assessment regarding vacancies; creating job profiles of varying complexity;analysis and development of sourcing strategy: active use of various search channels, social networks, professional communities, etc.; formation of vacancy texts and their publication in accordance with the company's marketing standards;interaction with candidates: resume screening, telephone screening, online interview regarding competencies using various methods; presentation of vacancies to candidates; organization of other stages of selection (technical interview, testing, interview with the hiring manager, etc.); maintaining long-term relationships with candidates;market analysis: monitoring trends in recruiting; introduction of new approaches; finding tools for sourcing and evaluating candidates; use of AI in work; competitor analysis; familiarization with materials on trends, levels of financial rewards, the market situation, etc.working with the database and reporting: presenting analytics on the funnel to hiring managers; collection of statistical data on vacancies; submission of daily reports on the results of the work performed; participation in team meetings.We offer:
