What we entrust to you:

• Daily analysis of resumes on websites and work with reviews for various positions;
• Formation of job vacancies and their publication in social networks;
• Search and selection of personnel of all levels according to the competency model (office vacancies and vacancies of diagnostic centers);
• Conducting short telephone interviews;
• Conducting offline and online candidate interviews, assessment candidates for compliance with the company's requirements;
• Formation and management of the candidate database, creation of a personnel reserve;
• Preparation of reports;
• Participation in the adaptation process.
