We would be happy to chat at an interview if you :

• You have a higher education (accounting/economic/financial/legal/personnel management)
• You have 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the field of personnel administration
• Experienced user of 1C 8.3 HR software and Excel
• You have knowledge of labor legislation and regulations on personnel management accounting, military accounting and record keeping
• Communicative, responsible, attentive to details and able to work in conditions of high work pace and multitasking

What we will instruct you:

• Registration of hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with current legislation
• Maintenance of personal files, employment books of employees
• Maintenance of military records
< li>Keeping records of the time sheet of employees
• Compiling and approving the staff list
• Issuing and keeping records of all types of vacations
• Preparation and transfer of reports to statistical bodies and the Ministry of Health
