We invite an ambitious and professional: Recruiter to our team >We are looking for:
- Work experience of at least 1 year in a similar positions;
- High communication and interviewing skills
- Knowledge of modern recruiting methods and tools;
- Successful experience in closing vacancies;
- Ability to work in multitasking and result-oriented mode.
Your tasks:
- Search, selection of qualified candidates for vacancies in various divisions of the company;
- Conducting interviews with candidates and assessing their compliance with job requirements;
- Maintaining a database of potential candidates and maintaining its relevance;
- Participation in the process of adaptation and assessment of personnel;
- Participation in others HR processes.
