Our client,SPHERA-FASAD LLC is a construction company engaged in assembly and installation of hinged ventilated facades (NWF). It has been successfully operating on the Ukrainian market for 6 years, having its own branches in Odesa, Kyiv and Lviv.

We are looking for a proactive, result-orientedRecruiter which will help us increase and strengthen our command.

Your tasks:

• Searching for candidates

• Conducting telephone and personal interviews with candidates

• Conducting analytics on your work

• Entering the candidate database in Excel

• Receiving recommendations from past workplaces

• Finding new channels for attracting candidates and constant work with these channels

• Regular reporting to the manager

• Adaptation of new employees

If you have:

• Experience as a recruiter from 1 year

• Experience in construction (search for line specialists)

• Ability to work and learn at a fast pace

• High level of time management

• Knowledge and use of various channels and methods of finding specialists

• Experience in closing difficult construction positions will be an advantage
